Histoire
Tomb Raider : The Beginning détaille comment les membres de l'équipage de l'Endurance se sont lancés dans un funeste voyage à la recherche du royaume japonais disparu de Yamatai. Pensant embarquer pour un nouvel épisode de son émission de téléréalité, Whitman's World, l'archéologue vedette ne soupçonne pas ce qui l'attend en embauchant l'équipe du Capitaine Conrad Roth. Alors que l'équipe arrive progressivement, partageant leurs histoires et leurs secrets, l'expédition fait l'objet de menaces inattendues.
